The Peacocks

"We are the Peacocks, Peacocks!  We are the Peacocks, Peacocks!"  That is the cheer that Malloy's soccer team made up.  Win or lose, they always had fun.  There was a lot more losing than winning.  In fact, I think they only won ONE of their games.  They didn't seem to get the hang of it until right at the end of the season.

I told Malloy that I would buy her an Icee if she scored a goal.  That really motivated her!

She might have a more promising future as a side line reporter.  She wanted to bring her pad of paper to record the score.  "We are winning 6-2.  Us (Peacocks)/Them (Lions)
