Just Hanging Around the House

Our friends borrowed Malloy's baby swing and they brought it back this weekend. It didn't take Malloy long to find it and get herself situated. After this episode, I had to hide it in a closet to keep her out of it. A few weeks ago we were at another friends' house and they had a baby swing out for their 7 week old baby. Malloy climbed in, covered her head with her blanket and fell asleep.

While we were unpacking, Malloy discovered this pink ballet costume that she received last year as a birthday gift. It was something that was not exactly age appropriate for a 1 year old, so I tucked it away in the closet and sort of forgot about it. Malloy spotted it and kept asking about "Halloween" and "Princess dress". I didn't know what she was asking for until I saw the tutu and realized that was what Malloy wanted. She enjoys wearing it with her Dora visor and backpack while she pushes her stroller. She was also wearing a pair of safety goggles with it the other day. I took those pictures on my phone so I'll have to upload them too.
