Easter and First Communion

Easter!  You know what that means?  Lots and lots (as in too many) egg hunts.  I think we went to four egg hunts in a 24 hour period.  We started off the day with the Junior League egg hunt.  There were tons of eggs and not too many kids, so the baskets were overflowing with eggs.  The same day, we also went to an egg hunt at a friend's house and one at the country club.  Needless to say, we had way too much candy.
I could not resist this shirt for my construction lover.

Maisey has an obsession with babies.  She found this little guy at the egg hunt and wanted to pat his head.
We tried for a picture in front of the azaleas at church but the kids were not too cooperative.  I think this was on our way into church and Maisey had already removed her shoes.

Obligatory family photo in front of the azaleas.
Trying for another family photo with the bunnies at Dearie's house.

The Sunday following Easter, the 1st graders had a communion celebration at St. Mark's Cathedral.
