We had a great time in Chicago this summer. We enjoyed lots of forms of transportation that are not available in Shreveport - water taxi, train and Uber. Everyone had fun on the double decker commuter train...until we found out we had inadvertently found seats in the "quiet car" where talking and giggle is frowned up.
We enjoyed the 4th of July on Shell Lake.
Got to catch up with my friend Mark and his daughter and niece at Lou Malnati's.

Hung out with Jackie and her daughter, Morgan.
Celebrated the USA
Took the kids to a White Sox vs. Braves game at US Cellular Field
We thoroughly enjoyed the Windy City.
